Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets within your assigned area.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and products in line with company standards.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and staff to foster professional growth and outstanding performance.
- Analyze sales reports, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop action plans to improve guest satisfaction based on feedback and operational audits.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities that drive traffic and sales.
- Implement best practices in inventory management, cost control, and waste reduction.
- Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in food & beverage management; multi-unit management preferred.
- A proven ability to lead diverse teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and operational costs.
- Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—with an aptitude for negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Keen understanding of industry trends, customer preferences, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- An energetic self-starter who thrives on achieving targets through collaboration and strategic decision-making.
