Senior Project Management & Business Analyst

Location: Jakarta | Full WFO

Employment Type: Contract 6 Months (Under Nityo)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a
Senior Project Management & Business Analysis professional
to support strategic transformation initiatives within the
Mining industry
based in
Jakarta
. This role will manage complex, cross-functional projects while ensuring strong alignment between business objectives, technology solutions, and financial value creation. The successful candidate will develop robust business cases, perform ROI and investment analysis, and drive measurable project outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to enable effective decision-making. This is a
6-month contract role
, extendable based on project needs, under
Nityo Infotech
.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Finance, Management
    , or related fields;
    MBA is a plus
    .
  • 7–10+ years
    of experience in
    Project Management and Business Analysis
    , handling complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong background in
    business transformation, IT implementation, and process optimization
    .
  • Mandatory hands-on experience
    across
    IT Infrastructure, IT Applications, Finance, and ROI
    .
  • Proven ability to
    independently calculate ROI, IRR, and business value
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    project management methodologies
    (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficient in
    project management tools
    (MS Project, Jira, MS Office, or equivalent).
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making
    skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent
    leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
    (English required).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
    is preferred; finance certification is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and deliver
    complex, cross-functional projects
    end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Conduct
    business analysis and requirements gathering
    , translating needs into actionable project plans and solutions.
  • Develop and assess
    business cases
    , including ROI, IRR, cost–benefit, and value creation analysis.
  • Collaborate with
    executive stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
    to drive alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Manage
    project planning, timelines, risks, and issues
    to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Prepare and present
    executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
    on project progress and outcomes.
  • Support
    business transformation and process optimization initiatives
    through structured, data-driven analysis.
