Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kami membuka kesempatan bagi individu yang profesional, berintegritas tinggi, dan memiliki jiwa pelayanan untuk bergabung sebagai HRD (Human Resource Development) di lingkungan Sekolah Islam Al Husain dan Sekolah Islam Az Zahra.

Peran ini penting dalam membangun serta mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, berkarakter islami, dan selaras dengan visi-misi yayasan pendidikan kami.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian (absensi, data guru & staf, kontrak kerja, dan penilaian kinerja).
  • Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan HR di lingkungan sekolah.
  • Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga pendidik serta kependidikan.
  • Menyelenggarakan pelatihan, pengembangan, dan pembinaan SDM sekolah.
  • Membangun budaya kerja yang disiplin, kolaboratif, dan berorientasi pelayanan.
  • Memberikan dukungan konsultatif bagi pimpinan unit dalam peningkatan performa SDM.
  • Menangani kedisiplinan, evaluasi, dan pengembangan karier guru maupun staf.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1/S2 (Magister) Psikologi atau Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (HRD).
  • Pengalaman sebagai HRD di lembaga pendidikan/sekolah menjadi nilai tambah besar.
  • Memahami sistem manajemen SDM dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan dasar.
  • Komunikatif, solutif, dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data pegawai.
  • Memiliki integritas tinggi, berpenampilan menarik, dan berpakaian sopan.
  • Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim dengan profesional.
