Qualifications:

1. Gender: Preferably female

2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above (Master's degree preferred)

3. Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Skills:

- Experience in office administration or business operations

- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office)

- Familiar with the Jakarta area and experienced in business travel to other countries or cities

- Knowledge of Indonesian government procedures, regulations, and work processes

5. Personality: Outgoing, emotionally intelligent, and principled

6. Industry background: Open to all fields, but candidates with experience in top Indonesian companies are preferred, such as those in: Oil & Gas / Petrochemical: Pertamina, Shell, etc., Automotive: Astra, Indomobil, etc., Mining: ANTM, INCO, DKFT, etc., FMCG: Indofood, Astra, etc.

7. Age & Experience: Maximum 35 years old with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

8. Others:

- Indonesian citizen (non-Chinese ethnicity preferred)

- Based in Jakarta (no accommodation provided), preferably living in North Jakarta or around Pluit

- Having a driving license is an advantage

- Willing to grow with the company and potentially develop into a Business or Operations Manager role in the future (candidates with strong performance and willingness to learn Mandarin will have opportunities for promotion and salary increase)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for business development activities, including liaising with government bodies, enterprises, and associations

2. Support the company's domestic division in expanding products to the Indonesian market (mainly by developing partnerships with local conglomerates, agents, or through technology licensing)

3. Conduct data collection, analysis, and business reporting

4. Accompany and assist the General Manager on business trips and client visits (driving may be required)

5. Handle other tasks assigned by management, such as document submission to immigration or other government agencies
