Professional Duties and Responsibilities

Manage & Control Team Member's Productivity to carry out daily tasks

Manage & Coordinate Construction Team T&C works

Set up Project Management Plan

Set up & Lead Schedule Management Plan

Propose Master Schedule, Update & Tracking

Propose S Curve & Track the Construction Progress

Set up & Lead Cost Management Plan

Control and Review Cost Issuance

Review any deviation to cost variance

Propose & update Project Cost

Set up & Lead Permit & Certification Process Management Plan

Manage & Control Work Permits, Building Permits

Set up & Lead Communication Management Plan

Manage Meetings; formal and adhoc meetings, Coordination Meetings

Manage Emails, Whatapps Groups

Set up & Lead Quality Management Plan

Lead & Manage Project Documents & Work

Lead & Manage QA & QC Check List

Lead & Manage Work Method of Statements

Lead & Manage HSE Check & Control

Lead & Manage Risk Issuance, Environmental Impacts, etc.

Set up & Lead Documentation Management Plan

Prepare and Submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report

Manage Handover

Competency and Qualifications

S1 degree holder in Electrical Power Engineering (mandatory)

10+ years Experiences in Construction Markets (mandatory)

Level 9 SKK Certified in Construction Management Services and/or;

Level 9 SKK Certified in Electrical Power Engineering Services and/or;

Level 9 SKK Certified in Testing & Commissioning Services and/or;
