Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree or Equivalent.
  • Has working experience on the same field ( Toolroom ) min 4-5 years.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, PDMC and Moldflow software.
  • Good knowledge in hot runner mould design, 2K mould design and over mould design are more advantage.
  • Good knowledge in mould making and injection molding ( Plastic Product ) are more advantage.
  • Understand product design, mould structure and mould accessories.
  • Can work independently without supervision.
  • Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description / Scope :

  • Prepare mould design and DFM report for the new mould project.
  • Designing and developing plastic mould tools and fixtures to meet product specifications and manufacturing requirements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of mould designs
  • Optimizing mould design for optimal performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Conducting mould testing and analysis to identify and resolve any issues or defects
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the production team throughout the manufacturing process
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plastic mould design
