Requirements / Qualifications :
- Min. SMK graduated.
- Has working experience on the same field minimum 4 years.
- Able to read and understand 2D and 3D CAD drawing .
- Able to create details design with computer-aided design (CAM) software.
- Able to do Wire Cut programming.
- Able to operate Wire Cut machine. ( Sodick Brand ).
- Understand mold base structure and mould accessories.
- Good knowledge in mould-making and cutting technology.
- Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description / Scope :
- Set up and operate wire cutting machines to manufacture precision parts and components
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on wire cutting machines to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work orders to ensure accurate part production
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with the production team to address any issues or concerns related to the wire cutting process
- Maintain detailed records of production, machine maintenance, and quality control data
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the wire cutting operation
