Job Summary

We are seeking a
Machinist
to join our team in the
Industrial Business Segment
.

This role will be responsible for
involves setting up, programming (if applicable), and operating various types of machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders
.

About the Business Segment

Ennovi's Industrial segment powers automation, robotics, and energy storage systems enabling OEMs to achieve AI-powered manufacturing for Industry 4.0.

Responsibilities:

• Operate various machining equipment such as milling, turning, drilling, and surface grinding machines.
• Set up machines, adjust tools, and verify first-piece approval before production run.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators) to verify part accuracy.
• Carry out simple modifications or finishing operations on machined parts.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain proper documentation for production and inspection records.
• Support production team by ensuring parts are machined and supplied on time.
• Adhere to workplace safety and 5S standards.

Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant machining experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of conventional machines (milling, lathe, surface grinding) is required.
• Exposure to CNC machining (milling, turning, wirecut, EDM) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and apply machining practices.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve machining techniques.
