About the role

We are looking for fresh talents to join our Accounting team at PT Sefong Industries, Batam. As an Accounting Clerk, you will working full-time based in Batam, Kepulauan Riau (WFO). You will play a vital role in maintaining financial records and accounts of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Processing account payable and receivable (AP & AR)
  • Managing purchase orders (PO), delivery orders, and invoice
  • Regularly updating and reconciling bank statements to ensure that all financial records match the bank's records
  • Maintaining accurate financial records by recording all business transactions into the accounting journal

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SMK graduate majoring in Accounting
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
  • Understand and able to make journals
  • Familiar with accounting system (MYOB)
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Basic Hokkien/Teochew is preferred
