Our team in Indonesia consists of Sales, Marketing and Application Support.

You will report to the Application Manager and focus on the Jakarta region.

Responsibilities

  • develop and commission machine control programs according to customer specifications using Beckhoff technology
  • conduct standard and customized training sessions for customers and partners
  • document all project activities clearly and systematically
  • stay current with Beckhoff's technology and automation industry trends
  • provide technical support and application advice on product selection, usage, and implementation
  • visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Physics, or equivalent)
  • 3–4 years of relevant industrial automation experience, recent graduates with related internships are also encouraged to apply
  • familiar with programming languages: IEC with object-oriented extensions), C#, C++, Python, Objective-C
  • understanding of PLCs, motion control, drives, IPCs, fieldbus systems (EtherCAT), and HMI technologies
  • experience with electrical schematics is a plus
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • previous experience with Beckhoff products or Visual Studio/OOP is advantageous
  • must be a team player and willing to travel for on-site support
