Job Description:

  • Oversee Academy Managers at 7+ centers, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Lead and motivate teams to meet sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost student enrollment.
  • Mentor the Student Advisors to meet sales KPIs and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Establish customer-focused processes at each branch.
  • Engage with parents to enhance service and drive retention programs.
  • Align center performance with company goals and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for regional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing locations/teams (education, retail, or service sector).
  • Track record of leading teams to hit sales & customer satisfaction targets.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans.
  • Success in developing/executing sales strategies that boost enrollment.
  • Ability to mentor sales teams (e.g., Student Advisors) to achieve KPIs & high conversion rates.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience designing customer-focused processes (e.g., parent/student journey).
  • Skills in engaging stakeholders (e.g., parents) to drive retention programs.
  • Ability to align center performance with company goals + deliver detailed reports.
  • Experience contributing to regional growth planning (market analysis, resource scaling).
  • Multi-site operational leadership, having KPI-driven coaching, Sales pipeline optimization, Data-driven decision-making, and Conflict resolution.
