Responsibilities:
  • Review Staffinc's service performance for each project in the assigned area.
  • Responsible for supporting project fulfillment, monitoring, management, training, and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare regular reports related to metrics and progress involving workers and clients.
  • Build good relationships with government officials, local communities, and act as Staffinc's representative in case of any issues.
  • Contribute to long-term growth by identifying expansion opportunities within the area.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, Project Managers, or clients to address daily issues related to workers and clients.
  • Participate in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for each project.
  • Regularly visit workers or clients to engage in relationship management or client engagement programs, depending on the supervised area.
Specifications:
  • Experience in handling multiple projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and worker management.
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  • Willing to work beyond standard hours in case of emergencies (incidents, criminal cases).
  • Strong knowledge of demographics, characteristics, and culture in the area of responsibility.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop workers.
  • Willing to travel as needed, depending on the scope of the supervised area.
  • Willing to be placed in other cities as required by the company or project.
