Tanggung Jawab Utama:

– Mencari dan mengelola peluang bisnis serta kerjasama dengan klien baru maupun eksisting

– Menangani proses penawaran komersial termasuk tender dan negosiasi harga

– Memahami kebutuhan operasional kapal dan menawarkan solusi sesuai kebutuhan klien

– Menyusun dokumen penawaran dan mendukung proses administrasi kontrak

– Menjalin hubungan baik dengan mitra, vendor, dan pihak internal

– Membuat laporan penjualan dan forecast bulanan

– Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, keuangan, dan legal untuk mendukung kelancaran proyek

Kualifikasi:

– Minimal 1–3 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Sales atau Commercial, khususnya di industri kapal

– Memiliki jaringan yang luas di industri pelayaran, oil & gas, atau logistik laut

– Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (jurusan relevan: Perkapalan, Teknik, Manajemen, Marketing atau sejenisnya)

– Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang sangat baik

– Mampu bekerja mandiri dan berorientasi pada target

– Siap bekerja secara mobile dan melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan

– Diutamakan domisili atau bersedia ditempatkan di Bekasi
