About the role

This full-time role as a Sales Project Specialist at PT WD Indonesia in Sentul, Bogor, West Java will play a crucial part in driving new business development and growth for our organisation. You'll be responsible for strategising and executing sales plans to attract and onboard new clients, while working closely with our experienced sales team to deliver outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing tailored sales strategies to target and secure new business opportunities
  2. Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends
  3. Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients through effective networking and pitching
  4. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  5. Collaborating with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and support
  6. Tracking and reporting on sales activities, performance, and progress towards targets
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in new business development or a sales role, ideally within the Sales industry
  2. Strong understanding of the New Business Development landscape and the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with and influence potential clients
  4. Proven track record of successfully closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive sales strategy
  6. Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges
  7. Collaborative teamplayer who can work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
