  • Manage member bookings, cancellations, and class scheduling through our digital platform
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new members (training provided)
  • Resolve member inquiries within 24-hour response standard
  • Support VIP members with personalized study planning
  • Maintain accurate member records and follow-up schedules
What We're Looking For:
  • Education: Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Language: Conversational English proficiency
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome, bonus point for 1+ years in customer service or administrative roles
  • Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and professional communication
