Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented sales to develop and manage our customers in Indonesia. This role is pivotal for driving growth, ensuring customer success, and executing BATF's key initiatives in this critical market. You will have the opportunity to have in-depth interactions with the senior management of Fortune 500 companies in the Asia-Pacific region, understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Based on the long-termism and win-win working philosophy, we will help multinational company clients and BATF grow together in business and relationships in the long term.

1- Management & Development

——Identify, target, develop, and negotiate with customers to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

——Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, challenges, and needs to provide customized solutions (e.g., technical support, product customization, supply chain optimization).

2-Sales & Profitability Targets

——Formulate and execute account plans to achieve or exceed agreed annual sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.

——Monitor key financial metrics and optimize account portfolio to enhance profitability.

3-Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Execution

——Orchestrate internal resources (Technical, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing) to support customer projects, ensuring flawless order fulfillment and service quality.

——Drive the introduction and application testing of new products at key accounts, accelerating commercialiation.

4-Market & Competitive Intelligence

——Gather and analyze market trends, competitive activities, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

——Prepare regular business reviews, forecasts, and reports for management.

5-Contract Management & Risk Mitigation

——Lead contract negotiations (terms, pricing, delivery conditions) with customers, ensuring compliance and risk control.

Qualifications & Requirements

1-Education & Experience

——Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or related fields. Malaysian nationality is preferred.

——Minimum of 3-5 years of Management or senior sales experience in the chemical industry. Experience in plastics, coatings, electronic chemicals, or industrial materials is highly preferred.

——Proven track record of managing multinational corporate clients and achieving sales targets.

——Existing network and experience in the Indonesian market is a strong advantage.

2-Skills & Competencies

——Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level decision-makers.

——Strong technical acumen with the ability to collaborate with technical teams to solve customer problems.

——Data-driven mindset with proficiency in related systems.

——Fluent in English,Malay and Mandarin(Cantonese is a plus).

——Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia.
