Work Conditions

  • 8-hour flexible work schedule (remote)
  • Saturday & Sunday – weekend off

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Provide clear and professional guidance aligned with company processes.
  • Collaborate remotely with internal teams to support client success.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of managing tasks independently.

Compensation

Initial Salary after Probation: IDR 3,500,000 per month
