Utility & Project Foreman

Work Location:
Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in utility, machinery, and civil/MEP management within a cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of electrical, water, compressor, HVAC, civil, building, and MEP systems.
• Knowledge of production processes and machinery commonly used in cosmetics manufacturing.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and technical problem analysis.
• Good communication skills, team-oriented, with a proactive approach.

Job Responsibilities:

• Utility & Facility Engineering Management:
  Manage and oversee the construction, operation, repair, and maintenance of utility systems such as electricity, water, air compressors, HVAC, and other supporting facilities in the cosmetic manufacturing plant to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• System Design & Optimization:
  Design, implement, and continuously improve utility and facility systems to achieve energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Machinery Installation & Commissioning:
  Supervise the installation, commissioning, and performance testing of machinery and equipment to ensure operational readiness and smooth integration with production systems.
• Preventive & Corrective
  Maintenance
  :
  Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Civil & MEP Coordination:
  Oversee civil, building, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works related to facility construction, improvement, and expansion projects—additional technical expertise in these areas is a plus.
• Vendor Partnership & Project Supervision:
  Handle vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for procurement, installation, and maintenance of utilities, machinery, and facility infrastructure to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and HSE teams to ensure all utilities, machinery, and facilities support manufacturing operations effectively and comply with company and regulatory standards.
• Safety & Compliance Assurance:
  Ensure all utility systems and facility operations adhere to safety regulations, GMP standards, and internal policies to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
