Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang for a Project Management Supervisor. The position involves overseeing project management processes, supervising project teams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met on time, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities also include coordinating resource allocation, identifying potential risks, and implementing solutions to meet project objectives effectively. The role requires close collaboration across departments to achieve project success.

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and supervise the engineering team, including Tender Engineers and Project Engineers, throughout all project stages — from tender preparation to project completion.
• Review tender requirements, specifications, and technical documents from customers, ensuring full understanding and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including pricing, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and Terms & Conditions, in coordination with the Tender Engineer and Sales team.
• Validate cost estimates and ensure that all tender submissions are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company strategy.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to provide optimal technical solutions and value propositions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and finalize project contracts based on approved purchase orders (POs).
• Plan, execute, and monitor project implementation — including translating customer POs into supplier orders, tracking deliveries, and managing logistics to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain close coordination with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise project closure activities including documentation, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure the engineering team achieves performance and quality targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in tendering, technical & commercial project execution, and engineering management.
• Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to both technical and commercial aspects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• High attention to detail, customer-oriented, and results-driven.
• Dynamic, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia and overseas as required.
