Credit Analyst Team Job Description
1. Credit Assesment & Analysis
· Evaluate customers' financial health through analysis of financial statements, bank statements, payment history, and credit reports.
· Analyze qualitative aspects such as business model, management experience, industry risk, and customer's character and transparency in disclosing information.
· Assess repayment capacity and recommend appropriate credit terms and limits.
· Propose risk mitigation actions such as corporate guarantees, additional collateral, and credit insurance.
2. Credit Approval Support
· Prepare credit analysis report for internal approval.
· Collaborate with the sales team to ensure commercial and credit considerations are aligned.
· Conduct purchase contract approval processes in the system with supporting considerations on credit risk associated with the sales transaction.
3. Credit Monitoring
· Monitor existing customers for signs of financial distress or payment delays.
· Review and update credit limits periodically based on customers condition and performance.
4. Stakeholder Coordination
· Work closely with sales, legal, and financing to align on credit terms and resolve customer issues.
· Work with insurance company such to apply for a customer credit limit based on their financial and business condition.
Criteria for the candidate to be recruited:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements
- More than 3 years working experience preferably in banking, leasing, or heavy equipment industry
- Proficient in Excel
