Scope of Work

  • Develop creative concepts and scripts for educational and interactive videos targeting kids and parents.
  • Handle production and basic editing aligned with EduALL Junior's brand tone.
  • Collaborate with teachers, mentors, and internal teams to ensure content accuracy and quality.
  • Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
  • Organize and archive all published content systematically.
  • Monitor performance metrics to guide future content strategies.
  • Stay updated with trends in children's education, entertainment, and digital learning.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in English—both spoken and written.
  • Genuine interest in working with children and creating meaningful learning experiences.
  • Empathetic, creative, and child-friendly communication style.
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • Proficient in basic to intermediate video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere).
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content management tools.
  • Understanding of content trends and audience behavior is an advantage.
  • Passionate about education and edutainment—believes in learning through fun, creative, and engaging digital content.
  • Creative, proactive, and imaginative personality with the ability to produce content that resonates with both children and parents.
