Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented
Digital Content Creator
to join our dynamic marketing team located in
Pluit, North Jakarta
. This role will be responsible for creating engaging digital content across multiple platforms to strengthen brand identity, drive audience engagement, and support overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

  • SMA/SMK or Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management. (
    Fresh Graduate are welcome
    )
  • Proficient in photo, video, and copywriting skills for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, trends, and social media algorithms.
  • Experience using editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality and engaging content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end process of content creation, from concept development to final publication.
  • Identify and analyze content performance while staying updated with the latest trends on social media platforms.
  • Demonstrate strong creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content.
  • Deliver content clearly and engagingly, utilizing excellent verbal and presentation skills.
  • Stay informed about trending topics and viral content to attract and engage the target audience effectively.
  • Monitor and optimize social media activity, ensuring each piece of content achieves maximum reach and engagement.
