Job Description

  • Execute foreign exchange, money market, and fixed-income transactions in local and international markets.
  • Monitor market trends, currency fluctuations, and interest rates to optimise trading opportunities.
  • Manage the institution's liquidity and funding requirements by balancing cash flow needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and align trading activities with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with counter parties, including banks, brokers, and financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and risk management protocols.
  • Prepare and present market reports and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirement

  • Have an experience in treasury, trading, or financial markets, preferably in a banking environment.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients or stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in FX, money markets, and interest rate products.
