About the role

We are seeking a Purchasing Staff Mandarin Speaking (F) to join our team at PT PALOMA HARDWARE', a leading company in architectural hardware and sanitary hardware industry. This full-time role is based in East Jakarta and will play a key part in our procurement and inventory management operations.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Min. bachelor's degree (S1), from any major.
  2. Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
  3. Having HSK 4 certificate, is a plus point.
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Can use excel program.
  6. Experience in Purchasing/ Finance/ Accounting (it would be good).
  7. Fresh graduate are welcome.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for materials and goods.
  2. Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  3. Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all purchasing activities.
  5. Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective purchasing solutions.
  6. Supporting the wider supply chain and logistics functions as needed.
