About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a Mandarin-speaking receptionist who is well-presented, confident, and able to communicate fluently in Mandarin.

You will represent the company at the front desk and handle guest relations, calls, and administrative tasks while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, speaks Mandarin fluently, and can uphold a high standard of hospitality.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and basic inquiries in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Manage guest registration, visit logs, and meeting room schedules.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks such as filing, document sorting, and email handling.
  • Coordinate with HR/GA teams for office needs and visitor arrangements.
  • Support hospitality tasks during meetings when required.

Requirements
  • Female, 20–27 years old.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking & listening — mandatory.
  • Well-groomed, attractive, and professional physical appearance.
  • Pleasant personality, confident communication skills, and strong customer service attitude.
  • Experience as receptionist, front office, customer service, or similar role preferred.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, phone etiquette).
  • Able to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hospitality or receptionist roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
  • Good coordination and time management skills.
