PT ARSA Manajemen Fasilitas (ARSA Indonesia)

We are looking for a relationship-driven Contract and Portfolio Manager to manage and grow strategic client portfolios at ARSA Indonesia, a fast-growing integrated facility management company.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with customers

Lead contract renewal preparation and execution

Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to ensure balanced and sustainable business value

Ensure clear, accurate, and compliant contract clauses and documentation

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure contract performance delivery

Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling

Provide regular portfolio updates and performance insights to management

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any major (Business, Law, or Communication preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, account management, or business partnership

Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

Customer-oriented with strong execution capability

Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work with high mobility
