Posisi ini memerlukan pemahaman mendalam tentang tren pasar vape, regulasi industri, dan perilaku konsumen untuk menciptakan strategi penjualan yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi penjualan untuk mencapai target perusahaan.
  • Membangun dan memelihara hubungan dengan distributor, toko, dan mitra penjualan.
  • Memantau tren pasar dan mengidentifikasi peluang penjualan baru.
  • Mengelola dan mengembangkan tim sales untuk meningkatkan performa penjualan.
  • Menyusun laporan penjualan dan analisis pasar secara rutin kepada manajemen.
  • Memastikan seluruh aktivitas penjualan sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku di industri vape/liquid.

Kualifikasi

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang penjualan, diutamakan di industri vape, liquid, atau FMCG.
  • Memiliki jaringan luas di pasar retail dan distribusi.
  • Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang baik.
  • Mampu menganalisis data penjualan dan tren pasar.
  • Siap bekerja dengan target dan mobilitas tinggi.
  • Memahami regulasi dan peraturan terkait produk vape/liquid menjadi nilai tambah.
