Our company is a dynamic manufacturer specializing in vape products, liquid solutions, and snus, with an established brand presence in several global markets. Our strong commitment to quality and innovation has positioned us at the forefront of the vaping industry. As we continue to expand our operations in Cikarang Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist & Assistant to join our growing team and support our continued success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and General Affairs roles (experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or factory-based environments is highly preferred).
- Solid understanding of HR and GA functions, including recruitment, employee development, industrial relations, and asset & inventory control.
- Good knowledge of PPh 21 and BPJS, including registration, calculation, reporting, and claims.
- Familiar with HR policies, HRIS, KPI, SOPs, company regulations, and basic labor regulations.
- Able to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Highly motivated, disciplined, loyal, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS and employee databases.
- Prepare and verify payroll-related data, including attendance, overtime, leave, and employee status changes.
- Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, including registration, updates, and reporting.
- Manage employee relations, addressing day-to-day HR matters and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support management in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including HR policies, SOPs, KPIs, HR programs, and internal regulations.
- Handle labor inspections, audits, and government reporting requirements.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, turnover, absenteeism, and compliance.
- Monitor company assets and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Monitor and supervise General Affairs activities, including office management, procurement, and maintenance.
- Manage daily General Affairs needs, such as office supplies (ATK), work facilities, assets, and other operational requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports related to HR and GA activities
