  • A minimum of 7 years working experience in a related field
  • Previous experience at a mine site, preferably Coal Mining

  • Experience in HR Generalist (Recruitment, Payroll, Training Administration, Expat Formalities, Industrial Relation, etc.)
  • Familiar with GA works (Camp Service, Catering, Office Equipment, Transportation & Accommodation Arrangement, etc.)
  • Have the extended knowledge of Indonesia Manpower Regulations
  • Intermediate level in operating Ms Office Excel.
  • Willing to work at Site Sebakis, Kaltara and with 8:2 Roster cycle
