Overview:

An IT Field Service Staff member provides on-site technical support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues to ensure reliable technology operations. The role involves installing and maintaining IT equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests at various client or company locations. Strong customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and effective problem-solving are essential, as the position requires clear communication with users, timely issue resolution, and maintaining accurate service documentation to support smooth and efficient IT functionality.

Key Responsibilities (KR):

  • Monitor and maintain Operation Activity including Application ,Field Service and Network
  • Ensure all IT operations align with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the alignment of IT operations with the overall IT strategy and business objectives
  • Act as 1st Level Support on Services Desk.
  • Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and implement necessaryimprovements to optimize IT operations.
