Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Partnerships; Develop and execute B2B strategies targeting hospitality and corporate clients; manage end-to-end sales cycle and maintain CRM pipeline with regular reporting.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution; Lead multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, PR, influencer, events); manage content calendar and ad budgets, ensuring alignment with brand pillars and optimizing performance.
- Brand Development & Expansion; Enforce brand guidelines, lead market research, and drive promotions and activations (e.g., pop-ups, trade shows, cultural events) to strengthen brand presence.Define KPIs, track and report performance data, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine sales and marketing efforts based on insights.Work closely with internal teams (Outlets, Culinary, Ops, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, pricing strategies, and team enablement in sales and brand representation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales and marketing—ideally within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record securing high‑value partnerships and delivering consistent revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM, paid ads).
- Excellent storyteller with superb written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
- Strategic thinker with analytical rigor; comfortable working with data and KPIs.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet environment
