Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Surabaya for a Sosmed Assistant to the Social Media Manager. The role involves providing administrative support, assisting in managing day-to-day social media operations, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, and performing various clerical and executive administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of social media campaigns and activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance is desirable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (preferred, but not required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
