As a Waiter you will ensure that all guests are served to the company standard. Ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.

Job Description :

  • Taking orders, preparing and serving drinks and food, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Providing excellent customer service, greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, and addressing any concerns.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations, Aware / concern Fire & Life Safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a FB Service role within a luxury hotel setting
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as a waiter, bartender, or bar assistant, is preferred
  • A good understanding of different types of spirits and common cocktails is crucial
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
