Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily activities of the Quality Control team to ensure consistent product quality
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company quality standards, production specifications, and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections, testing, and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
  • Analyze quality data and inspection results to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
  • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, and records
  • Train, coach, and evaluate QC staff to improve performance and ensure adherence to procedures
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes
  • Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of quality inspection tools and equipment
  • Participate in internal and external audits and support certification or regulatory compliance activities
  • Report quality performance metrics and improvement initiatives to management
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement throughout the organization
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, including prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and industry quality standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, or equivalent, depending on industry)
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations, risk assessment, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools, data interpretation, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Skilled in documentation, report writing, inspection records, and audit preparation
  • Hands-on experience with quality testing equipment, measurement tools, and inspection instruments
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and training abilities
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams
