1. Conduct pre-line walks on piping systems in accordance with test packs and project documentation. _
- 2. Verify physical installation against isometric drawings and material specification (e.g. pipe sizes, fit-up, weld completions, support placement, valve orientation, etc. _
- 3. Identify and document any discrepancies or non-conformities and coordinate resolution with Production, Quality and Engineering teams. _
- 4. Coordinate with QA/QC Inspectors, Supervisors, and Engineers to ensure smooth workflow and issue close-out. _
- 5. Maintain accurate records and reports of findings from pre-line checks. _
- 6. Support hydrostatic and pneumatic test readiness in accordance with test limits and drawings. _
- 7. Provide input for system punch listing and walkdowns._
