Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify, and manage export shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and export declaration).
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for booking, shipment scheduling, and cargo release.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade documentation standards.
  • Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics or documentation issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Planning and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and shipment execution.
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipping transactions and related documentation.
  • Handle communication with overseas clients, agents, and port authorities regarding export matters.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to export documentation and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export shipping or logistics operations (manufacturing industry preferred).
  • Good understanding of Incoterms, export procedures, and customs documentation.
  • Proficient in SAP (SD/MM modules) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)..
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
