About the Role

Jakarta Multicultural School is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Academic Office Staff to support the administration of academic operations and ensure the smooth management of school-related systems. The role involves handling national and school-level educational applications, data reporting, and exam administration, in alignment with the school's commitment to high-quality and accountable education services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update academic data and reporting systems, including DAPODIK and other Ministry-related platforms.
  • Coordinate and administer ANBK (Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer) and act as Proctor for National Examinations.
  • Oversee the management of teacher and student applications such as SIMPKB, Akun Belajar, NUPTK, O2SN, and SPMB registration.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all academic data and reporting submissions.
  • Collaborate with academic secretary, teachers, IT support, and school leaders to provide technical and administrative assistance.
  • Support school events and academic activities related to examinations and competitions.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in school administration or handling government education systems preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Ministry of Education platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively in a multicultural school environment.
