About the Role

This position combines academic excellence, school leadership, and admissions/sales responsibilities. You will lead the school team, oversee curriculum quality, engage with parents, and play a central role in growing student enrollment through active sales activities, school tours, and parent consultations.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Leadership

· Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and learning outcomes.

· Guide teachers in lesson planning, classroom execution, and child progress monitoring.

· Lead school-wide improvements in pedagogy and learning environment.

Teacher & Staff Management

· Lead, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.

· Conduct ongoing training and professional development.

· Build a positive, collaborative school culture.

Parent Relations & Community Building

· Communicate professionally with parents regarding progress, concerns, and school updates.

· Represent the school during events, open houses, and academic briefings.

· Build strong trust and parent satisfaction.

Sales, Marketing & Enrollment Growth

· Conduct school tours, parent consultations, and trial class follow-ups.

· Achieve monthly/termly enrollment targets.

· Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, and lead nurturing.

· Track inquiries, conversions, and sales performance.

· Proactively develop strategies to increase student admissions.

School Operations

· Oversee daily school operations with high standards of safety, hygiene, and organisation.

· Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and best practices.

· Support administrative processes and student experience.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, Psychology, or related field.

· Minimum 5 years experience in preschool/early childhood settings.

· Minimum 2 years in a leadership role (Coordinator, VP, or Principal).

· Sales or admissions experience is a PLUS — ideally in a preschool/education setting.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in conducting consultations and school tours.

· High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.

· Fluent in English

· Passionate about early childhood education and growth-oriented leadership.
