Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve established business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate effective digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other advertising platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, including budget allocation and campaign optimization for cost efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytical platforms to monitor performance and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the management team, including results analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the creative, design, and content teams to ensure high-quality advertising materials that align with marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in fintech/trading is a plus).

- Proficient in SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Content Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization.

- Experienced in using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
