Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Relationship Manager (ERM) located in Greater Medan. The ERM will be responsible for managing client relationships, building trust, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a strong portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling financial services, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions. The role also involves overseeing account management activities and meeting business targets.
