Lead Gen Specialist

Job Descriptions:
- Leads verification and qualification by Calls (minimum of 35-40 per day)
- Leads appointment meeting/eMeeting arrangement (minimum of 2 leads per week)
- Weekly leads progression report with Marketing Lead, Sales Manager & Sales Head
- Event invites
- Generating new leads using other channels aside from the old database. Targets discussed & agreed upon by the employee and direct supervisor
- Communicating with the customers via cold calling and email marketing
- Explaining the products and services to the customers/leads
- Writing scripts with all information required to understand the products
- Preparing the leads reports for future reference in collaboration with Lead Gen Specialist and Sales
- Maintaining records of customer/potential leads contactUtilize identified new lead channels and track the quantity and quality of leads generated
- Assist other marketing staff for their initiatives and or event upon request
- Assist on campaigns in the content needed for any demand generation and lead generation campaigns
- Participate and/or assist in company function and programs
- Respect and ensures all assets of the company are in good working condition
- Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and safety within the working environment
Job Requirements:
- Working experience as a Telemarketing/Telesales or similar position
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of consumer's rights and responsibilities
- Analytical approach to data
- Fluent to communicate in English
- Calm and patient individuals
