Key Responsibilities

·Manage strategic/major accounts, leading complex and high-value deals.

·Develop deep relationships at executive and decision makers within client organizations.

·Oversee solution proposal strategy with Solution Architects.

·Ensure proposals align strategically with client's business objectives.

·Lead tender processes, vendor registrations, and negotiations.

·Provide coaching and strategic support to Sales Executives on selected deals.

Requirements

·Minimum 6 years of experience in business development or sales within IT consulting, telecommunications, or network infrastructure.

·Strong knowledge of telecom solutions such as fiber networks, wireless technologies, network security, unified communications, and cloud-based connectivity.

·Demonstrated success in closing complex B2B deals and meeting revenue targets.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value for customers.

·Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
