About the role:

As we are growing fast, we are looking for Sales & Operations Specialist. Your role will be crucial to delivering a stellar end-to-end travel experience to our clients.

As we are a startup, flexibility is at the heart of our culture. In addition, creative thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and team spirit are a must for the role. You are eager to learn and committed to helping travelers fall in love with Indonesia.

In line with our proactive approach, your day to day will involve tasks that range from business development to relationship management, to customer support.

You will:

  • Create unique bespoke itineraries
  • Provide prompt and timely communication with clients
  • Manage trip design, payment processes and operational execution
  • Book accommodations and activities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners

  • Passionate about travel: whether you have previous work experience or you are a seasoned traveler, you have to really be in love with what we do

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree is a plus and highly valued)
  • Full business proficiency of English (a third language is a plus)
  • Previous Sales Experiences in the Tour and Travel Industry
  • Experienced with Inbound Tourism from the USA and International
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
