PT PUTANER GLOBAL GROUP is a reputable enterprise dedicated to the sales and promotion of high-quality healthcare products and medical devices. With a focus on market expansion and customer-centric services, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the target market.
Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies for healthcare products and medical devices to achieve sales targets and market share goals.
Identify and cultivate potential clients (e.g., hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors) and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to monitor industry trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs, providing data support for sales strategy optimization.
Lead and manage the sales team, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and organize sales training to enhance team performance.
Handle sales negotiations, contract signing, and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare sales reports, forecast sales volumes, and propose feasible improvement plans to the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical-related fields, or a relevant discipline.
2.Approximately 3 years of sales experience in the healthcare products or medical devices industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
3.Proficiency in multiple languages is mandatory: Fluent in at least two of the following languages (Mandarin Chinese, English, Japanese, Indonesian) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidates proficient in more languages will be prioritized.
4.Strong market development ability, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management capabilities.
5.Familiar with the local market of healthcare products and medical devices, and understanding of relevant industry policies and regulations.
6.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure; good leadership and team management skills.
7.Willing to travel as needed for business development.
