Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Engineer, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales Marketing Engineer will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, providing technical consultations, and presenting tailored solutions effectively. The candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to identify trends and client needs
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to develop strategies, execute campaigns, and achieve targets
  • Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and negotiations
  • Ability to work in a team and build strong professional relationships
  • Technical knowledge in civil construction and steel structures is a plus
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
