Job Summary

Bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung kegiatan logistik dan pengelolaan gudang, mulai dari penerimaan barang, penyimpanan, pencatatan stok, hingga distribusi ke proyek atau divisi lain. Posisi ini sangat penting untuk memastikan kelancaran arus barang dan material, terutama dalam tahap awal operasional perusahaan.


Main Responsibilities
  1. Menerima, memeriksa, dan mencatat barang yang masuk dan keluar gudang.
  2. Menyusun dan menata barang sesuai kategori untuk memudahkan pencarian dan pengambilan.
  3. Memastikan stok fisik sesuai dengan data pada sistem atau catatan manual.
  4. Melakukan pendataan kebutuhan logistik proyek atau kantor (alat kerja, peralatan listrik, spare part, ATK, dan lain-lain).
  5. Membantu proses pengiriman barang ke lokasi proyek atau pelanggan sesuai permintaan.
  6. Melakukan kontrol kebersihan, keamanan, dan kerapian area gudang.
  7. Membuat laporan penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan stok barang secara rutin kepada Supervisor / HR & GA / Operational Head.
  8. Berkoordinasi dengan tim pembelian (purchasing) dan tim proyek untuk memastikan barang datang tepat waktu dan sesuai spesifikasi.

Requirements

Pendidikan & Pengalaman:

  • Minimal SMK / D3 (diutamakan jurusan Logistik, Administrasi, Teknik, atau Manajemen).
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang logistik / warehouse (Fresh Graduate dipertimbangkan).
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan sistem administrasi stok atau pencatatan manual sederhana.

Keterampilan:

  • Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets untuk pencatatan stok.
  • Teliti, jujur, dan memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik.
  • Mampu mengangkat barang dan bekerja di lingkungan gudang.
  • Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik antar tim.
  • Siap bekerja secara fleksibel dan multitasking, terutama untuk perusahaan yang masih berkembang.

Nilai Tambah (bila ada):

  • Memiliki SIM A atau C aktif.
  • Berpengalaman di bidang logistik proyek atau konstruksi.
  • Memahami dasar-dasar sistem FIFO/LIFO dan prosedur pengiriman barang.
