We're looking for a
Warehouse Operations Manager
who's ready to build structure from the ground up—keeping things moving fast, organized, and efficient. From managing our current mini warehouse to setting up the next big one, you'll make sure our products get where they need to be, when they need to be there.

If you're hands-on, detail-driven, and love turning chaos into order, this role is for you.


What You'll Be Doing
:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, packing, and shipping products.
  • Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill KOL and campaign needs.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Support the setup of our next warehouse facility.
  • Help develop SOPs and assist in implementing the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Lead and train warehouse staff as operations scale.


What We're Looking For
:

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and shipping processes.
  • Familiar with WMS or ERP systems (bonus if you've helped set one up).
  • Hands-on, organized, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
