We are seeking for suitable candidates who are highly motivated, hardworking and aggressive individual to fill the following positions: BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining accurate 3D Mechanical models for mission critical data center projects. This role ensures that mechanical systems including HVAC, Chilled Water, Fire Suppression a Piping are designed, documented and coordinated to meet stringent performance, reliability and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Salary IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 10,000,000
  • Min years of hands, on experience in Mechanical BIM Modelling, specifically using Revit or equivalent BIM platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and coordinate mechanical system (HVAC, Chilled Water, Fire Suppression, Piping) within large scale or mission critical projects
  • Strong skills in creating and interpreting construction drawings and design specifications
  • Solid understanding of data center mechanical requirements, including cooling loads, redundancy, airflow management, and containment strategies
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, Electrical)
  • Deliver accurate shop drawings and fabrication details form BIM Models.
  • Willing to be placed in site project (Karawang)
