About the Role

Prosys, Our Strategic Partner is seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to join in our project. This role involves coordinating BIM processes for building projects, providing technical analysis, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (Satker/PPK/Pengelola Teknis) to align BIM workflows with project requirements.
  • Conduct visual and technical analyses to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications.
  • Perform technical calculations, simulations, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation in line with project frameworks.
  • Ensure BIM models meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1/D4) in Architecture or Civil Engineering from an accredited university (domestic or international).

Certifications:

  • Valid BIM Training Certification from a BNSP-licensed institution or international BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, ISO

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on BIM experience in building construction projects.
  • Proven track record with references from previous employers/clients.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in government or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and regulations.
