We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team. This role is focused on designing electrical systems for mid- to large-scale projects such as hotels, apartments, and commercial buildings. You will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, load calculations, and coordination with other design disciplines (architectural, civil, mechanical, and plumbing).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • Minimum
    10 years
    of experience in electrical design for high-rise or commercial buildings.
  • Prior experience at an engineering consultancy firm.
  • Fluent
    in English (both written and verbal).
  • SKA / SIBP / IPTB MADYA certification
    or higher (required).
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD MEP, CADDUCT, and CADPIPE
    (required).
  • Experience in
    Revit /BIM
    preferred
  • Hands-on experience in producing detailed electrical shop drawings, calculations, and construction documents.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and their applications in buildings.
  • Ability to interpret diagrams, drafts, flowcharts, and technical documentation.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical layout drawings (lighting, power, panel schedules, fire alarm) using AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Perform electrical load calculations and sizing of electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated MEP design.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  • Prepare technical documentation for permitting and construction.
  • Assist in site coordination during construction phase, if needed.
